Yeah, that just screams "We're highly trained professionals who deserve to be recognized as such".

No, but if the TA passes it will be hanging around all of our necks for the next 6+ years!

Also, that looks like magic marker not crayon. Being a Marine I know what crayon looks like ;)

Being a Marine, you also know the importance of professional appearance.
The staple option looks better. But probably the clearest statement to those who need to hear it is a different lanyard altogether. Single, dark color. No words. Enough said.
