I went back and updated the spreadsheet to show items "highlighted in green indicate provisions the Company can and will apply manually until programming is complete" [company quote].

Notice it says Manually which means that as DOS Item 28 says: Disruption Compensation via Paylog. So get smart on what you can claim on DOS or miss out on the "hidden extra $$".
