I went back and updated the spreadsheet to show items "highlighted in green indicate provisions the Company can and will apply manually until programming is complete" [company quote].

Notice it says Manually which means that as DOS Item 28 says: Disruption Compensation via Paylog. So get smart on what you can claim on DOS or miss out on the "hidden extra $$".

8.A.4.c Phase 2(MAR 2016), the company will add baseline/established fares to trip display.

But, it doesn't matter until

8.C.2.b.i-ii Phase 3(JUN-SEP 2016), Bank credit for baseline vs established fares.
