Default FDX-Accepted fares for DEC deviations?

My accepted fare was $800 short of what the company paid for the ticket and what I will have to pay to deviate. Has the new contract 2 look rule kicked in yet? Will the approved fare be what the company paid?

It would be much too complicated and expensive to do, right away.

You can look forward to that part of the contract to be implemented in March 2016.

Implementation dates

If it benefits us, you have to wait for it.

Funny( NOT!) but I don't remember the NC or any of the briefings explaining how the Company was going to phase in this contarct UNTIL in was voted in????
Seems like everything that cut companies cost went in ASAP, and most of the items that are beneficial to the crew force will be implemented LATER.
Silly Rabbitt we've been had AGAIN!

Did you expect to hear anything negative in the roadshows? The Implementation schedule is in the TA for anybody interested to read.

Then technically you weren't had ... you were just screwed.

So you've got that going for you ...

That's the question we've been asking for years.
