No other Airline carries Haz like FedEX do. Every penny and benefit is well earned.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Wasn't the negotiating committee selling our pay rates as "industry leading" not the whole contract?

If so, all these "I wouldn't trade our contract for theirs" arguments are meaningless!

Very true, stating a pay rate is a moment in time. At the moment we signed it was. I had no delusions that it wouldn't change. Annual pay is not defined by pay rate alone.

Maybe, but that begs the question who had a higher pay rate when negotiations were concluded. Or should industry leading come with a 2 year guarantee.
