For what its worth PBS at my airline is great. But we have really good work rules that guide it. No one at my airline would go back to line bidding.

Ask anyone on the ASA side of ExpressJet what they think of their PBS and the ability to maximize vacation.

Its like kicking an ant pile. Debating a topic that isn't a player for years.

Everybody always says this, but I disagree. It doesn't have to. Vacation could work just like we have it now. It's all in the programming. Do you get a bonus for "boning us"? |

Yea, PBS could be a great thing. It all depends on how the programming is done, how complicated the agreement language would be, and if you trust the ones in control, period. Based on history and corporate greed, I wouldnt trust them for a nanosecond.

I'm voting for PBS on the next contract. Why should I vote any other way, I mean, the Union is going to say its a good deal and the membership will follow. And when you are in the top seniority, why would you care after 20yrs. There are going to be a lot of guys voting yes on the next contract because they are leaving. ADIOSMF

Exactly the opposite of what the union did this time.
Thanks for playing. |
