So far in 2018 I've stayed about 60 or so nights in a Hilton property.

Layovers: No fun layovers. Your min rest starts 60 minutes after you land with paxs, 30 mins of coming in empty. If you get a solid 6 hours of hotel sleep you’re doing good.
You’re expected to be rotting at the FBO at the end of your min rest regardless of when you fly. It’s a terrible policy that does not promote safety and is a real kick to the Richard.

Fun Crews: Depends who you are. If you’re a 20 year Dallas guy, you’ll probably have fun with with others like you. If you’re a newer hire you’ll probably be treated like the newbie you are. I’d say it’s a 50/50 split, 50% good guys 50% not so good guys. Being with a dude who is a pain in the behind for 5-8 days straight is miserable
