I believe it’s also based on how thick your knee pads are..... but at least they grade on a curve.

Ridiculous wild statements. Do you have proof or examples?

You are eligible to be picked for a large cabin team at anytime once you’re a PIC

Each team and commander are the ones who choose their team. Those who claim you need knee pads are just not a fit for those teams. You want a tight knit group when you routinely fly 10+ hr legs together.

Get to know the teams on the particular fleet you want. See which one fits your style and network with them.

This sounds exactly like kneepads to me. Meanwhile the rest of the large pilot group aviation world respects seniority.

I can only find pay for the PBS.

What’s the pay scales for alternate schedules?
What are the alternate schedules?

And if you’re a complete jackass with the right seniority number you get the gig. Seniority works great until it doesn’t.

That's correct. Seniority also doesn't care if you are a woman, black, gay, fan of a different sports team, write up airplanes when they break vs when it's convenient, are a slam clicker, or drive a freaking Miata. None of that matters, nor can it influence a decision on who gets to join the "team" fleet type, get a certain schedule, or be awarded a certain vacation week. The rest of the large pilot groups have it figured out, then you have this one.

Hey now, I resemble that remark! My wife's Miata was pretty fun to drive...20 years ago.

Seniority should matter when it comes to a Miata.

100 K or not it's not enough to work at this incredibly badly managed company. They were some of the worst days of my flying career. It's a home for misfit toys no one else wanted. Any other option is better.

Thanks for the elaboration. Right or wrong, sounds like most Part 91 operations where culture and “fit” are big considerations when hiring. I bet trying to get hired onto this fleet will be interesting:

Ill be shocked if it ever arrives, but how cool would it be to fly that thing if it does!
