I actually have. Seems like a decent place once you get beyond all the APC negativity. But I suppose I'll see for myself soon enough. For now, I'll try to maintain a positive outlook.

I appreciate all the input.

Keep in mind all the “ positive responses” are from people who wear heavy knee pads. There’s a reason over 60 percent of pilot group, some with 15-20 years there, left after KR and RH took over. Those remaining are “yes men” and will throw you under the bus in a second if it will put them in good light with KR and RH. Backstabbers Are absolutely rampant at flex. Go to netjets which is a much better company and has a union to protect you from the lies of upper management prevelant at flex. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Will neither confirm or deny as management is a vindictive lot. Just ask those who started union and RH and KR tried to fire. BTW RH and KR got their pp’s slapped epically in federal court.

What he said. If you're going to make fractional a career, you'd be crazy to pick Flex over NJA. At NJA, you'll make more for working less. You will upgrade quicker at Flex. But long term, you'll be much better off at NJA.

Pretty clear his mind is made up. Amazing how much time and effort was put into some of the responses in this thread, yet they are shrugged off.

What makes you think these responses have been shrugged off, or that my mind is made up?

Have you even interviewed at NJA? Getting hired is not a slam dunk. They are still fairly selective.
