Default Is the FSA easy to use?

Can anyone here share any experiences of trying to use the healthcare FSA?

It says they give you a debit card, there's no claim process -- all sounds great in theory. Is that how it goes in reality?

We had one previously that was a huge pain. Constantly rejecting things, then requiring paper receipts, etc. We gave up after one year. The savings just weren't worth the hassle.

But maybe this one is better?

Thanks

Never had an issue with the FSA. So far, no rejections and never been asked for supporting documentation. Usual expenses are contacts, kids orthodontist, Rx when needed, etc.
