The vote is currently taking place and will close next Monday, the 18th. We're voting on whether or not to agree to some scheduling changes that will allow these cities to become bases...i.e. longer rotations. It's expected to pass by a wide margin. As far as hiring goes, they're still working on the FLOPs furloughed guys and now they have offered interviews to even current FLOPs pilots. Upgrades have started and new airplanes start showing up this Fall. My recollection is; 3 350's, 3-4 75's, and maybe a couple of 605's. Don't quote me on that exactly but that's somewhere in the ballpark.
My feeling is the longer schedules will be better. Otherwise you're just living out of a suitcase at home. 15/13 was awesome 8/7 was good too. 4/4 I doubt i'd like at all.

Here is how the APC page should read:
- Company retirement now is now 100% 401k match up to 6% plus an additional 3% regardless of employee contribution
- 2013 bonus that was paid in April 2014 was 10.5% of earnings
- ATC call sign for 91k is "Flexjet" and "Solutions" for 135 flights
- Number of pilots as of April 1, 2014 was 321. None on furlough.
- Currently not hiring. Interviewing furloughed Flight Options pilots. Street hires possible this Fall.
- Payscales are still accurate except that the First Officer scale now goes up to eight years. $402 and $410 respectively.
- Would also update the payscales to reflect 202 day average instead of 195.
- Would also update the "OT Hourly" column to read "OT Daily"
- Hourly OT is: Daily Rate/12 X 1.5 for any duty over 12 hours. If over 14 hours then it's: Daily Rate/12 X 3.
- Lear 60 to be gone by year's end
- Lear 75's and Challenger 350's to start deliveries later 2014.
- Sold to DAC (Directional Aviation Corporation) for $195M in September, 2013, closed December, 2013
- Purchased $5.6B aircraft order with Bombardier for 245 aircraft. Lear 75's, 85's and Challenger 350's

As a first year FO you'll probably gross $65-70k, depending on how much you work and how the bonus pays out. Working on holidays pays at 1.25 times your daily rate and 1.5 times on your day off. They're now offering currently employed FLOPs pilots interviews as well which will back up the off the street hiring now, unfortunately.

Awesome! Thanks very much. One question though...with the 60's being parked how long do you think it will take to start training new pilots? Im already hired and been waiting since January.

These aircraft are coming this fall but many more coming over the next few years if I remember right?

You're welcome.
Good question. I do know that they are about 60% through the FLOPs furloughed list with only around 5-6 getting hired and now they're extending the olive branch to current FLOPs pilots to come over and interview as well. So, I really can't put a time frame on when they might call you. However, I would contact our HR department or the D.O. and touch base with them. They won't mind hearing from you.

Thanks man! Heather and Rick have been fantastic to work with. But don't have a timeframe for me. I just wondered what the rumors were. I was hired for ORD but will def take STL now that its available.

Some were uncontactable, some weren't interested, and some just didn't make it through the interview. The interview is pretty easy. It's just them deciding if they want to spend six days at a time with you and a sim ride. Apparently, some bombed the sim ride, too.
