Looking at attending flight school at Wisconsin Aviation, anyone have any feedback? Positive or Negative?

Is anyone on here currently flying that would be willing to take someone on a flight and show them what it's like?

Thanks

Every flight school is different and it honestly all depends on your instructor. You could go to an amazing school but have a horrible instructor and vice versa. Message me and I can try and help you out with some advice.

I instructed at Wisconsin Aviation out of KMSN. Not a bad place to train, the airport is semi busy so you'll get good ATC radio practice but a ton of little airports around to practice your non-towered airport radio calls.

Aircraft are maintained in a safe state. Non-essential equipment (especially scratchy radios) might be broken at times, but it's placarded and isn't a safety item. They will fix it eventually when it goes in for maintenance the next time. If you fit into a 152, do it because it's dirt cheap and fun to fly.

The groundschool was a steal - do it!
