I am a newly qualified CFI, and looking around for my first job as a CFI to build hours. I noticed CAE in MESA, AZ are hiring. Any one on the forum has any comments on their culture, how busy they are, etc...
Thanks

I believe they are busy, and as with most places with online reviews (glassdoor.com) people say both good and bad. I think as with most things, it's what you make of it and your attitude. I will be instructing there pretty soon for awhile. They have a lot of partner airlines they work with. Let me know if you make it out there. I'll be there!
They've hired too many instructors with not enough students there
I know someone doing 10 hours per month there, some even less

I spoke to couple of CFI's at CAE and its true, their CFI's are all desk bound. The CFI, I spoke to started about 6 months ago and has only managed to get an avg of 8hr/month of flight time. The management are really really bad and clueless - his words exactly......
