Default Florida???

What is the weather like for training in South Florida between May and July???

Its great in the morning, but look out after 1pm for those T-Storms. Then it gets good again after 8pm on the coast. But there are still the lingering Storms around, especially Orlando area.

i did most of my training in the PM, right before it got dark out... Smooooth as ice and a little bit cooler out.

Between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. is my favorite time regardless of the time of year or place. It's smooth as silk; I flew last weekend at 7:00 and I honestly don't think we got bumped around a single time. Plus, it's beautiful to watch the sun come up.

Fly when the sun is going down otherwise it will be too hot. There is a lot of airspace in SE Florida which can be difficult for a student.
