Grad Degrees

Hey man do the search, and go with whatever school you think will give you the best degree. I go to ERAU sure every place has its pro and cons, people bash us, but companies look up to us. Especially If you want to work for NASA. Many students come out of here w/ degree in Human Factors, Aviation Safety, Engineering straight out to NASA, Lockheed, Boeing, Eurocopter, the list goes on. I would recommend someone not doing the flying gig studying something else on the aviation field to come to Riddle.
And if you want to fly: You can do it off campus theres like 15s flight schools around this area, As well people that are CFI rated with their own planes.

Middle Tennesse State University. We have graduate programs in Aerospace. Another option is the University of Tennessee Space Institute. They have more programs, but it's geared more toward engineering, testing, etc.

If you want a real Master's degree in aviation hit up Central Missouri. I've heard from people who went through the crash investigation class at Riddle and it's mostly academic. Go to Central, meet Fred Schieszer and take his accident investigation class. You'll do hands on stuff each class period and tour White Industries in Bates City Missouri. He's an aircraft salvage guy and has a ton of wrecks from accidents across the country. He still has the reminants of the Mel Carnahan wreck.
