Default Industry financing for flight school costs

My son is about to start his pilot's program. What with American starting the Cadet program, and Republic launching its own flight school, I'm wondering if anyone knows of an industry sponsored financing plan for pilots?

Anything along the lines of interest free loans, or even loan forgiveness if the pilot is selected for a specific airline, etc.

A lot of the schools have some form of tuition reimbursement, such as found at ATP. As of now there are no sponsored loan options though.
