Default Aviator College

Was hoping someone would have some gouge on this flight school based in fort pierce. My son is looking at following in my footsteps.
Are they able to deliver zero to hero in 12 months? Flight instructor and plane availability an issue? Maintenance an issue? Able to finish quicker than your classmates that u started with? How close to quoted cost of training?
Thanks in advance.

I’ve heard that Aviator does have some issues meeting timeline goals. They have really changed their business model over the years.

If a zero to hero program is what you are looking for I would highly recommend Blue Line Aviation in NC. They do have a little pricey program but they fly new equipment, meet timelines, and usually hire their graduates. I think they have self examination authority fro Private and Instrument along with 2-3 DPEs that pretty much work exclusively for them.

Thanks for your prompt response! I have read some past experiences of aviator, but that was from 2015 and prior. Hopefully someone who has recently gone their will chime in.

As for NC location, the ft pierce/ Stuart area is close to home( we are in Jensen, right in the middle).
Would like to keep local if able.
Thanks again

Hi I’m a student there and at the moment I am working on my instrument. The school is pretty good, no issues at all about flight instructors and airplanes so if you are able to fly every day you will finish your program enough soon. They offers part 61 and part 141 , classes for the ground schools, and because the school is a college if you want you can earn an associate degree with all the discounts with the ratings you already have or you will have at the end of the flight program, and that with a very reasonable price I believe. They have a lot of international students (I’m Italian so I’m one of those guy ) and they are always looking for instructors. If you need any informations please let me know I will be more than happy to help and by the way I highly raccomando to visit the school so you can have a better idea.

Thanks for your prompt response. Can a pilot sit in on any ground school if enrolled with the college in their 141 program? But not the degree program. my son has a mechanical engineering degree. Just needs the ratings.

Hey Fifi, I would appreciate some sort of professionalism when responding to my questions. Thus you’ll be ignored as your insinuations as to my experience level and work ethic are ignorant and unwarranted. But thanks for saying my 52 years is a short life! Guess I’ll take your prediction of me reaching 100+?!?

Sorry I had issues with my SIM card and internet.
Yes you can enroll in just the flight training without the degree, as I’m doing. You can also any training you want like only CPL ME without the instructor ratings or just the instructors rating if you already have a CPL or you can just enroll for the associate degree etc etc there is no restriction.
If you have any doubts or if (more probably ) I haven’t explained correctly let me know
