I know for a fact that most carriers look for the quals and that is it. If you happen to make a good connection inside, then all the better. Go for the training program that can best fit you with costs and etc... and move on from there. Of course, look at which one can offer more potential networking for you to a carrier.

Thanks everyone. I know for a fact that this summer/fall i'm going to redo my PPL groundschool which I did in 2004 when i was in grade 9. I'm also going to get my PPL.
Now the decision comes between slowly working on my other ratings at the same flying club over the next 4 years, its $120 cdn /hr for a DA20 + instructor or $328/hr for a twin. I'm now looking into Avi Ben Aviator down in florida since they accept canadians and I can get 200hrs of multi time, 22hrs single and the rest of my ratings for $35000.
