Default FAA to JAA

Hey,
I need some information regarding the conversion (certification-wise) from FAA to JAA. I really would appreciate some information on this because there is no information on the JAAT website (if there is I can't find it). Also if there are any pilots here who actually did complete such a conversion could you tell what it consisted of? Thanks.

I assume you have a great job opportunity with all of the visas and work-permits provided automatically? Otherwise it probably isn't worth the time and money (unless you're a euro-citizen).
