Default Southern Illinois Univeristy

I did a few quick searches of the forum and it didn't look like you guys have too much of a Saluki presence, so I'll volunteer...

If anyone (potential students, etc..) has questions regarding the program at SIU I'll be more than happy to address them as best I can.

I'm currently a senior and have been through almost all the flight courses they offer - and if I haven't, I know many people who have and can find answers as necessary. I'm an Aviation Management major, so feel free to hit me with management questions as well.

I subscribed to this thread so I should get email notification of posts; as such I'll do my best to reply in a timely fashion.

Cheers

KPL

Im going to be doing the SIU management degree program also but im doing it an off campus location at palomar college in california ( a 2 min drive from my house which is awesome ) in about a year from now. How do you like the classes so far?

I'm on the main campus. Classes are great. Depending on the class, you might have one of our professors flying out to teach the course - I'm not too familiar with the off campus system, except for being stoked when our professors have to cancel class because they're gone at a satellite location

Do you know which particular classes you'll be taking? (AVM###...) If so I could probably give you a little more info.

I'm looking at schools to transfer to. Considering SIU, Texas Southern, Eastern Michigan, or Metro Denver. One the other students at my school is transfering there for the fall semester. He's excited. How is the area?

Cornfield, corfield, federal pen, goose refuge, super walmart, mall, campus, cornfield, cornfield, cornfield.

You get the idea. St. Louis is only about 90 minutes north. Louisville might be closer.
