Default Multi Ride

Hey all,

I should be taking my multi add on ride to my commercial SEL next week. Anyone have some good advise on the oral and flight portion? What was hard/easy with the oral and/or flight. How long was the exam? Anything else would be great! Thanks!

Most of the oral for a commercial multi is related to Vmc and factors affecting it. The flight for the most part is very giving as opposed to the commercial single where you get +/- 50 feet for maneuvers where as in a multi you get 100 feet. For the oral there really isnt all that much they can ask you as you already covered it in ASEL. Good luck

just remember the critical engine is the one IF LOST will most adversely affect the flying characteristics of the aircraft. It is NOT simply just the left engine .

I recall that at one time engines made in at least one foriegn country used to rotate counter-clockwise...so the right engine would be critical.
