www.pando.com is easy and pilot friendly (free!) for sending files. Just copy the disk and it's done.

Yeah, I opened up my inbox this morning and it said it was undeliverable because roadrunner apparently thought the contents of the e-mail contained a virus. I scanned it with Symantec and it didn't find one. I'll have to give that website you mentioned a shot.
