CBT's can't be beat. What type are you looking for?

I'm more or less just looking for something generic. In searching the web, I found several different types for hundreds of dollars. I have some old hand-me-down Aerosim CRJ-200 FMS software, but it doesn't have any supporting training material with it. There's supposed to be lessons on the software, but for whatever reason it doesn't.

Ultimately, I just want get a grasp on basic FMS functions and am looking for something relatively inexpensive.

Maybe an Aerosim with manual would help?
Lots of MCDU and FMC FCOMs available (hint hint)...
Big Boeing FMC Guide is the authority in my world. Maybe too advanced for basic operations but all you will need to know is in there.

I don't have enough posts to send PM's but if we could arrange something for the ERJ and RJ FMS software I'd be interested. I have lots to trade.
