women CFI care to comment???
soon heading down to florida, then short after I intent to start flying lessons.
what are the odds to be trained by any of you ladies in FL???
It's the population higer than the average ration in FL???
by the way thats great I think we all should be equal and they should be as sad as us when we get furlough hahaha that was a joke (whenever that happens to me hope to be as humored as now)!!
I saw a vid of the king schools conference where Martha says they are like the 6% of the pilot population
I love them both "king duo" great great video collection anyone interested in learning with me more than happy to study them vids toghether, I'm pretty sure that would be a good way to save some bucks for more hours of flying.

Buddy, seriously.
Although I'm not an expert in who gets English proficiency acceptance, you have got to work on the English.
This is not a "just enough to pass the test" issue. Its a safety issue. You are putting yourself and others in harms way. You are going to have to communicate with others, over scratchy radios, in a language you pretty obviously do not completely understand. English first, then start your training. These are the eligibility requirements to become a private pilot:
§ 61.103 Eligibility requirements: General.
To be eligible for a private pilot certificate, a person must:
(a) Be at least 17 years of age for a rating in other than a glider or balloon.
(b) Be at least 16 years of age for a rating in a glider or balloon.
(c) Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language. If the applicant is unable to meet one of these requirements due to medical reasons, then the Administrator may place such operating limitations on that applicant's pilot certificate as are necessary for the safe operation of the aircraft.
(d) Receive a logbook endorsement from an authorized instructor who:

It is clear I need some "going back to school" to learn English.
