Did it myself. I posted the proposal on a few websites, but I mostly got laughed at. I really can't complain. I earned first year U.S. pilot pay in less than 2 months.

At about $5000 for a recurrent (PC), a typical overseas captain would pay that off in a bit over two weeks. Not a bad investment.
