Default Finish Multi & MEI

I did everything for my multi commercial add-on except for take the ride because the examiner that the school uses lives so far away that I would have to fly and pick him up, 1.5 each way. I will have some cash coming in mid-January and am looking for a flight school anywhere, that I can finish my multi and do my MEI "El Cheapo" in 3 or 4 days. Any recommendations? Preferably with an examiner on site, (in the building) and weather almost a guarantee.

Action Multi in GON has a pretty condensed ME add-on course with an inhouse examiner. Not sure where you live, I think FL if I remember correctly based on other posts.

Travel and housing can be a large $$$ factor to that often times isn't budgeted as tightly as flight costs. Just some food for thought.

to the OP: If I am understanding this right, did you go on to get your CFI right after your commercial? hmm...sounds like the way I should pursue this too. I always thought of jumping right into the multi, after the commercial.

Fly 1.5 just to get to the examiner? Where do you live in northern Alaska?

Remember, it doesn't matter what examiner the school uses - you can pick anyone you want for the checkride.
