The instructor pilot, charter pilot, single engine cargo pilot, commuter airline pilot lifestyle requires a little adjustment, too.

I think the San Diego State University has a flight program. In the first year of medical school I went out there during the summer and did some research and I met some students that were going to study aviation and im sure it was there. I think UCLA has a program too. Im sure there are several schools out there that offer aviation. You will have to borrow money to do it, and you may even have to study (imagine that!) but you can do it! If you want it bad enough, you will do it.
