Default forums for students?

Is there a good, active forum that's more geared towards students? I've found a few other flight training forums, but they're a bit sparse and inactive, at least compared to here.

There are plenty of people here willing to help you out. Unfortunately, you will probably get a few responses to your questions from people who forgot where they came from, but for the most part, most of the guys and gals on here are great and full of information.

When I was a student I would make posts here and get great replies from other students and CFIs. Now that I am a full CFI... I still ask questions here too (Always a student, remember). You may get varying opinions on topics but it's always good to have different perspectives. Most people on this forum (Flight Training) are helpful and willing to give good advice.

Agreed. I've been here about 2 years prior to I started my training and this forum has been immensely helpful. There is a wealth of information here and have been some great threads.

I recommend this forum to all of my students. I used it when I was training and now that I'm a brand new CFI, I get tons of advice from friendly pilots with lots of experience.

Yeah, stay out of the airline ones, especially regional and major.
