Cessna 152 or 172 ???

152, then 172. However, if you're flying with a large person, in a 152 you'lle find that they might end up in half of your seat. Can be a tight squeeze depending on the size of the individual(s).

Im 5'3". The 152 is just fine.

The 172 is fine for visibility as well. Most of the seats are adjustable so you can raise or lower them. The only problem I have in some of the aircraft is with reaching the rudder pedals, but you should be fine.

Go to HAI and sit in a few of the aircraft if you are concerned, but I would suggest you start in the 152 to save money.

You might also want to look into training in the 162 sky catcher as well.

I would love to go training on the SkyCatcher, but i heard its more expensive...
having a stick instead of a flight yoke would've been great though

Its only $6 more an hour than the 152...
