Merlin available to build time in SF Bay Area

Im looking for some pilots that would like to build time or get introduced to twin turbin time in my Merlin. Share of expenses. I have 1k hours in make so I can run you through the paces. I'm based in the SF Bay Area. I'm not looking to get paid or make any money, just someone that would like to share some fuel expenses.

So you are on an airline pilot forum looking for a professional to pay you to fly? Do you hire your lawyer or doctor this way too?

Did you not read my post? I'm just looking for people that would like to fly for a fuel split. I wish I could have found an opportunity like this when I was trying to build time.

How are you going to split the time? Is it certified for two Pilots?

Hi, no its not based in HWD. It's in Concord. It is a Merlin IIIB.

The Merlin is certified for both two pilot and single pilot ops. But I think you have a waiver of some sort to fly it single pilot.

TCDS only specifies one crew member required. So as long as it's all part 91, there is no Type rating required (exactly 12,500 lbs). Now for insurance... that's another story.

How fast does it go? 280 KTAS? Better?
