Hey folks,

wondering about the FAA 141 minimum hours and normal average before checkride for:

1-PPL............./............2-IR........./............
3-CPL............/.............4-ME............/............
5-CFI........../...........6-CFII......./........ 7-MEI......./.........

whether you're a student or instructor

Thank you.

I was around 65 for my PPL but I did it Part61 and I took about 5 months to complete it... I could of done it in less if I flew more than once or twice a week.

I think I was somewhere around 50 hours for my Instrument Rating? I can't remember...

I was right at 250 for my commercial.
