Default Timebuilding/Inexpensive PPL

Hey guys, I'm looking to tack on a hundred hours or so to my logbook to meet ATP mins. My friend has a 150 and I'm trying to feel out if there's any interest in someone splitting some time with me. He rented it to me for pretty cheap a couple years ago.

I worked as a CFI for a couple years and I have about 500 dual given. I was thinking if there was a potential student that would want their PPL and 100TT in a matter of a month or two we could do that as well.

Any interest?

It would probably help if you told folks where/what airport...

Also if you, as the instructor, are arranging and providing the airplane then that would trigger the requirement for 100 hour inspections, and possibly other for-hire requirements.
