Hypothyroid could definitely be a cause of the fatigue. I remember studying so hard for my CFI and even cup after cup of coffee couldn't keep me from getting tired. I didn't know anything about hypothyroid at the time. Turns out that is what it was. I was put on levothyroxin and after a short period of time I felt substantially better. Something to check with your doctor to see if they can help or at least rule it out.

Do you know of any natural remedies until I can get coverage to go see a doctor?

Google it and you will find some things to avoid and what to eat. You basically have to eat clean because your thyroid controls your metabolism. Eat fish, nuts, vegetables, fruit...There really isn't much you can do if you are hypothyroid other than get on a synthetic dosage.

Not really, because food isn't going to substitute for TSH.
If you happen to have hypothyroidism, welcome to the one pill a day club for the rest of your life.

Search the site for hypothyroidism and you'll find some good information.
