Seminole feathering question

If you have an engine fire, the first item is not the mixture (because this would immediatly kill the engine and result in the prop reaching 950 rpm to fast to feather I believe). First item is the fuel shutoff valve (takes some time for the fuel in the lines to run out), then you work left to right, throttle idle, prop feather, mixture cutoff.
I still haven't feathered an engine in flight, only been on a couple flights (and its 141 training so its a 20 hour program for your multi comm instrument).
