I have no usefull info for you apart from that Indonesia is a country which is trying to reduce the number of expat pilots.
You'll need a conversion to Indonesian licenses.
Probably a couple of written tests and a medical.
Don't forget the work permit.

What information are you looking for? I dont know the package offered other than what Risworth has on their website, but I know a lot regarding working and the laws applied in Indonesia as I was an expat there myself.

Typhoon,
They went through a period about 6-7 years ago when they were bringing on CRJ7/9's, that they were hiring quite a few US Captains.
Indonesia, is not for the feint hearted. Terrible ATC, equatorial weather and severe terrain make it far more stressful than any job needs to be. Add in some "unusual" ideas about how you should operate an aircraft and you have to ask yourself if you're really that desperate.
They seem to be quite proficient at bending aircraft, though.

They are done hiring expats. I was there to fly their crj1000s when they first got those back in '12. Now there are some expats finishing up their contracts but then they're done. They hire expats from time to time but expect a short contract and for your dismissal as soon as their local pilots are caught up to speed. It was a great experience flying for Garuda. Great airline. They honored the contract and treated us pretty well. Their runways could use some work but terrain as long as you know what you are doing, never was a problem for me.
