I heard AC was able to avoid furloughs for now. What was the last minute change for that to happen ?

We're at 600 furloughs, and gave min hour pay reductions of about 30% on an unvoted MOA to get that at the start of this.

Then we (poorly) voted for another MOA last month that pays the junior guys on their ****ty hourly rate at least their minimum guaranteed hours, but leaves the rest of us a little thin, and gives the company scope concessions to maintain the only 600 furloughs until April.

Then we voted for an F-scale pay rate for 767s to be converted to freighters.

Company is even refusing some leave requests and the early retirement incentive program really didn't have any incentive component to it...

Yet AC Pilots can't stop saying yes... we need a real Union.
