Scoot?
Anyone here has experience flying with or know anything about Scoot? How many trips a month do you generally work and also are the flight benefits the same as what you get with US airlines? What's it like living in Singapore? Am thinking of applying with a job with them but can't seem to find that much info. Would be really grateful if anyone can share more. Tks

60 Day work pattern, days 1-39 go as follows: 6 on/3 off/7 on/3 off/6 on/3 off/7 on/4 off. Days 40-58 are variable, then days 59 and 60 are guaranteed off. Then the cycle repeats.
Unlimited staff travel on Scoot for yourself and five others, plus the Singapore Airlines Group staff travel.
28 days of annual vacation.
1,020 SGD Flex spending account for FOs, 1,520 SGD for captains. For use for medical, dental, wellness, and travel.
787 Captains are paid between 20,000 and 23,000 SGD. 787 FOs are paid between 12,000 and 14,000 SGD.
No idea about living in Singapore, but I have been there many times and really like it. Very hot and humid, but very clean. Outstanding public transportation. Very first world. Consider it "Asia Lite". A very international city which has English as the primary official language. Lots of great food and entertainment options. But obey the laws! They have some pretty harsh penalties for seemingly minor infractions like spitting and littering.

Pretty much spot on but it is not a fixed all the way for 60 days.
It goes like this. 6 on 3 off, 7 on 3 off, 6 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, then it is 19 days flexible schedule then 2 days off and it repeat again. In the flexi, the company can plan you anything that's legal! Scoot practice days off downroute, means that if you have a 2 days layover that can be counted as part of your day off. So with this 19 days flexi, one may be working 13 straight days with Singapore like a layover during that stretch!
A320 schedules are much better. It is fixed at 5 on 4 off, 5 on 4 off and 5 on 2 off and it repeat.
Staff travel on SQ is only in economy class and it Is sometimes more expansive than buyba full fare economy class ticket.
Otherwise the country is nice and safe. Communication is no problem.

Not really sure. I don't work for them. I looked at them a while back and got some information about their conditions. That is what I posted on here. I like Singapore enough that I was interested at seeing what they had to offer.

It will depends on the flight you do. Typically you would be home at least 1 to 2 days during the 6 or the 7 on. 787 has only 3 turn flights and the rest is between 2 days to a 6 days trip.
