For info for those that are considering coming,most new hires will have there training outsourced, would recommend not bringing family to DXB until you are done as they will be in DXB by themselves, this has happened before and has been hard on the family.

As someone who was in the Miami Jan psp, and has not gone to Dubai yet, I have heard that the first two phases have about a 60% pass rate and the third phase a 90% pass rate.

Thats a pretty high pass rate. BTW did you ever your invite? Im going end of march.
