Does anyone have any info on Etihad hiring? Competetive hours/experience? Interview process?
Thanks

Q

Have you tried pprune.org? There's more information there than I've seen here. Typhoonpilot may be of some assistance, also.

Got a response from Etihad about my chances of getting an interview. Not Good. With no Airbus or B777 type, only mil time and an FAA ATP I was told no chance.
I understand the type rating issue, and maybe even the lack of civ time but "FAA licence which is not one of our preferred licences." Sounds like American pilots not high on their list of candidates.

I've got some friends that could get me a job there, but their pay is not much different than our LCC. American companies are hiring again so I would look there before foreign.
