Default Irish Airline Pays Passengers to Fly

Irish Airline Flybe has resorted to paying passengers to fill its seats to meet an annual pax numbers target so that the airline can get a $550,000 rebate from Norwich International airport, UK.

I think the article is wrong Flybe is a British registered airline.

TRUE! It is short for Fly British European. "FlyBE".
