VA is exceptionally hard to get into if you don't know someone there. If you do get an interview you'll need a JAA license and an EU passport.

It's almost worth going through the nightmare of getting a JAA license; one of my mates there likes to tell a story (it's been verified) of the best night of his life........Him, 5 Hosties, a jacuzzi and lots of alcohol.

The nice lady at VA told me that you need the right to abode in the EU. Kinda tough to do from the states unless you marry into it, though I think you can always take a stab at applying for immigration.

VA FA's definitely are better singers than BA.
