I can't answer your question directly, but here's some information from the Google search feature, which is located in the upper left corner of each page:

parc - Google Search

rishworth - Google Search

I'm sure Typhoonpilot will put in his opinion shortly. But I've only had one dealing with Rishworth, and wasn't too impressed.

Typhoon isn't either.

Rishworth do not have a very good reputation. Be very careful about registering with them. They claim that if you register with them and subsequently accept a job with one of their clients, that you are bound to do it through them. If you read their terms, there are various ways that they try to extract money from you.

Parc on the other hand seem to have a pretty good reputation.

All good advice. PARC is the way to go between those two . . . easily.

I have dealt with PARC as a contract ferry pilot on and off since 1996. They are a class act. They pay on time and never question associated expenses submitted for reimbursement.

I work for a Chinese airline through Rishworth. I have had only good experience with them (for the last 5 months at least). Everybody in the department has been very helpful. Especially, my agent in China has been extremely helpful, like helping to translate things and looking for apartments etc.

Unhappy Rishworth untrustworthy

At all costs, avoid using Rishworth! They have a solid reputation of dishonesty here in Vietnam. They recently decided to pass along a small symbolic fee reduction from VAC. Completely illegal, but done regardless. PARC, a class act, absorbed the temporary fee reduction themselves, but Rishworth forced the reduction on their own pilots. Rishworth won't answer email, Skype or phone calls, and appear completely ethically challenged! Just what you expect from a company that only hires lawyers! Sure wish I had gone with PARC! Strongly recommend you avoid Rishworth!

I have heard only good things about Parc Aviation. They are owned by Oxford Aviation Academy OAA.com - Oxford Aviation Academy.
