Can anyone recommend an operation that provides A330 type-rating training to people already typed on the 320? There seem to be a bunch of schools, but I can't get a straight answer on cost.

Try this guy: Boeing 737 Type Rating -Airbus A320 Type Rating- B737 Type Rating
He quoted me C$9000 a few months ago for a A320 CCQ A330. He's kind of hard to get in touch with but he's the cheapest one the market.
Good luck

Thanks. $9,000 USD + housing for a week + time in 320 sim since currency's expired. . .man, this ain't gonna be cheap. Maybe I'll get lucky and they won't offer me the job. Odd thing is, you can get a 737 type for $8k. Hmmmmm.

Let's go through it:
NWA=Northwest Airlines
DAL=Delta Air Lines (no, not Airlines)
BA=British Airways
bmi=British Midlands Airways
LH=Lufthansa
and my personal favorite:
KLM=Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, literally Royal Aviation Company; usual English translation: Royal Dutch Airlines)
(there will be a spelling test later)
Now there are lots of others, but:
KAL= Korean Airlines

EK Emirates
EY Etihad
QR Qatari
All hiring 330 pilots, though EY and EK are hiring from the pool but interviews are supposed to start early next year at EY, dont know about EK (Typhoon Pilot can answer that).
