Guys the Chinese don't mess around... mistakes are not tolerated. Find someone who works/worked for Cathay, China Airlines or Eva and ask about the airline's culture.......STRICT

Cathay is hardly Chinese mate, though rather pedantic as far as ops go, but that's more the Pom influence I think. I'd agree that China Airlines and Eva demand a fair bit from their pilots though.
