I was contacted by Ryanair last week. There was no mention of their accepting non JAR certificates. I was told that the requirements are as stated on their website. I have heard this rumor so many times. I have the right to work in the EU but don't have a JAR ATPL. Looks like Ryanair is not an option unless you have a JAR ATPL.
