Actually ANC is hiring like mad since splitting from ANA. If you are native Japanese and don't mind doing the conversion, they will hire you conditionally before you are finished with the JCAB conversion. 747 FO.
ANA doesn't hire any foreigners. ANK from time to time will.

Sky Net Asia Airlines (flies domestically within Japan from Mizayaki to Haneda and Kagoshima to Haneda) hires foreigners. (well, Australians at least)
