That's a pretty broad question, what do you want to know? I used to fly out of Bahrain and know a little bit of local knowlege. I have a few friends at Gulf, Emirates and Saudia who will know more, but it would be helpfull if you gave me an idea of what you want.

MEA is one of my favoritve airlines I would like to fly for, and I would like to know that if I apply (in the future) what would my chances be of getting hired? For instance, is MEA a "major" airline, where there is a lot of competition? thanks for the help

Sorry mate, but MEA I know nothing about. I used to know a guy, and American, who flew for TAM when they had 707's; but that's likely of no use to you. I'd call them and find out what the deal is, I realy don't know. They must be in a bit of a bad mood after haveing their home airport bombed to bits, but if anyone can recover quickly then they can. Try TMA if you want to fly a Bus out of Lebanon as well.
