Do you have any idea what the requirements are?

are a minimum of 5,000 hours Total Flight Time; 5 Pilot-in- Command (PIC) hours on type (as full function PIC; ICUS time is not acceptable) and a minimum of 500 hours PIC on civilian jet aircraft operating commercial services.
That is what was listed on the email I got, I don't have first hand knowledge about this particular gig, a former colleague and UAL furlough worked there until the tsunami and he liked it, but I can't answer questions about QOL and such since I don't work there.
Difficult times at the regional level here at home, good luck to all.

Just rode in the car with a new hire first officer at my outfit. He was there for a few years. Wife and family in Sendai when the tsunami hit. Fortunately the kid's school was up on a hill and the wife was nearby. After that the wife told him to get another job. He wasn't the only one. Ergo the reason they are looking for fresh pilots.
