Three colleagues from my last contracted position are at Air Pac. One joined mid July and completed his line training this past week. The second joined the 5th of August and the third last week. A fourth friend is set to commence their induction on or about the 5th of Oct.
Interview is via Skype. If one makes it passed the interview then the untimed psyche test followed by two timed two section aptitude tests. The three that are on the property did say that Air Pac is re-evaluating their future staffing needs.
There also may be a change in the roster pattern too. I hope to see a valid roster within the next week? This possible change may reduce time I. Fiji by contractors to save on hotel bills and daily pay as well as better avoiding visa issues too.

Saker,
I have been in the "hiring process" over the last few weeks with Rishworth. From what I can tell it's a slow process once you get all the req documents to the Rishworth rep. I have had Skype interviews scheduled then rescheduled due to AP changes and I had to reschedule due to last minute notice (I was flying at the time of notification and at the time of the scheduled interview)
Hopefully in the next month or so we'll be able to get an interview lined up. Truthfully I'm not in that much of a hurry as I'm busy with my company flying and the USAF Reserves. Trying for HNL base.
Good Luck,
