Beijing Capital Airlines

Anyone have info on this operation?
Hiring process?
Pilot quality of life?
There have been many pilot job postings by Beijing Capital Airlines. I am particularly interested in the corporate fleet like F900, GV,etc.
Received and email from them requesting all my info, Faa lic., passport, logbook pages, etc., etc.
Was also told they are interviewing Feb/March 2014.
Still waiting, any info to share would be helpful.

I flew for BCA. It was one of the better jobs in China but they don't have corporate jets. BCA used to be called Deer Jet. Deer Jet is now another subsidiary of the Hainan Group, along with BCA.
I don't know much about the other corporate jobs in China but they might be just recruiters offering jobs that don't exist yet, for aircraft that haven't been delivered. Deer Jet exists, and has for more than a decade. They have aircraft, and fly them.

BCA and Deer Jet are two completely separate entities. They are subsidiaries of the Hainan Group. The pilots do not intermingle. BCA is a low cost airline, Deer Jet is a charter outfit flying executive jets.
