Default Air Canada rouge and Westjet Encore question

Are the pilots working for AC rouge and Westjet Encore part of the mainline seniority lists? Do they operate under the same CBA as mainline? Thanks

As long as you have to right to live/ work in Canada, have a Canadian license + medical, I don't see why not.

But knowing whatever little I know about you guys down there, if you work for a mainline career, I'd stay there. If you're regional, I'd go to China/ Japan. There's nothing here that's so special that it would really be a big upgrade.
